Navigate with Precision, Inspect with Clarity
iPEK's Manhole Inspection Cameras and high-definition sensors offer exceptional maneuverability to inspect even the toughest networks.
Lateral Inspection / Cross-bore
Lateral inspections are performed from main lines utilizing specialized lateral launching sewer inspection systems. These crawlers are equipped with two cameras: One on the main crawler body so you can see as you drive up the sewer’s main, and another satellite camera which can be launched into the adjoining lateral to give operators clear insight into its condition. One of the most common inspections undertaken with this equipment is cross-bore inspections to identify lateral pipes that have been penetrated with new gas lines.
Discover the differenceInclination Measurement
Our multi-sensor pipeline inspection systems combine video and pitch sensors to help collect data about inclination, and visualize it. The inclination of pipeline is captured utilizing a pitch sensor built into pipeline crawlers. Results are displayed graphically using a WinCan module or similar software. With our multi-sensor inspection systems, you’ll always be in the know about your pipe’s condition, ensuring confidence and control in every operation.
Learn MorePipe Locating
iPEK’s multi-sensor inspection systems have built-in sondes that generate a 512 Hz signal. This signal allows operators to locate underground pipelines from the surface. You can detect both metallic and non-metallic pipes making it a versatile tool for diverse sewer inspection requirements. This is especially important when coupled with cross-bore inspections. Inspection cameras with built-in sondes provide operators with real-time video footage that can help identify potential pipe issues and indicate exactly where underground those defects are.
Explore MoreManhole Inspections
There are many ways to inspect a manhole. The QV360 is one of the most efficient tools to scan and report defects in manholes. You can now capture a 360° scan of a manhole within 5 minutes and improve the productivity of your field professionals.
Watch it workLaser Profiling / Deformation Measurement
Laser profiling works by using a laser ring or laser points and a camera system to map a detailed geometric scan of the pipe’s inside. This enables the identification of deposits, structural defects, or corrosion. These laser scans are made available on WinCan where they can be analyzed in depth. Our advanced technology delivers higher accuracy, supporting preventive maintenance, and extending the life of sewer infrastructure.
See It In ActionIndustrial Applications
iPEK’s pipeline inspection systems find application in several industries. Our equipment can be used for inspection in oil & gas, refineries, power plants, chemical plants, and other industrial applications. Inspect laterals with maximum safety in explosive areas with our ATEX-certified inspection systems that are also pressure-monitored. iPEK’s solutions help minimize workplace incidents, reduce unplanned downtime, and improve operational decision making.
